This site is for information. Requests for a consultation or quote for a penetration test, and general questions, are handled by email (sentinel@genehack.co.jp). Sending an email does not conclude a service contract; contracts are agreed separately with each client. We do not sell products or services, or process payments, on this site. Content may change without notice.
2. Disclaimer
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant the completeness or usefulness of the content. To the extent permitted by law, GeneHack inc. is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site.
3. Intellectual property
Copyright in the site’s content (text, design, logos) belongs to GeneHack inc.
4. Personal data
- On this site: the site has no forms and uses no cookies or analytics tools. GeneHack inc. does not collect personal data from you browsing this site.
- When you email us: we receive your email address, any details you include (such as your name and company) and your message.
- Purpose: used only to answer your enquiry and handle consultations and quotes.
- Hosting: this site is delivered via Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver and secure the site, Cloudflare may process technical connection data such as IP addresses. Please see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
- No third-party provision: we do not provide personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
- Retention: kept only as long as needed to respond.
